A 3-0 win over Ukraine has put Northern Ireland on top of their Nations League group, with seven points and three clean sheets from three games. Georgia are next at Windsor Park. Michael O'Neill's side won the first meeting, but needed a 99th-minute goal to do it. Can they follow Friday's statement result with another win in Belfast?

How Northern Ireland reached the top

Shea Charles' late volley gave Northern Ireland a 1-0 win in Georgia to open the campaign. They then drew 0-0 with Hungary at home before Ciaron Brown scored twice and Isaac Price added another in the 3-0 victory over Ukraine. That last result was the clearest sign yet of how far this group has come in a short window: three goals against a direct rival, and still no goals conceded.

Northern Ireland are three points ahead of Hungary and Ukraine in Group B2. Georgia have one point and are yet to score. A home win would keep O'Neill's team in charge of the group as the Nations League pauses until November. But the table alone does not tell the story of that first meeting in Tbilisi.

Georgia made them work for it

Pierce Charles saved a penalty from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in September, and Georgia had chances before Shea Charles struck deep into added time. Northern Ireland earned the result, but it was anything but comfortable. Georgia have since drawn with Ukraine and lost narrowly to Hungary, so their lack of goals is not an invitation to switch off.

The question for the Belfast crowd is whether Northern Ireland can bring the same discipline that shut out Ukraine while finding a way through earlier this time. Friday's win was built on a strong start as well as Brown's two goals; relying on another last-gasp winner would be a very different evening.

Watch how Northern Ireland handle Georgia's response if they take the initiative. A fourth clean sheet would underline the strength of their start, but the first aim is another performance worthy of a group leader.
